- COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE holder may alter, crop, manipulate and create derivative works from ScrapGraphics.Com images.
- COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE holder is allowed to include ScrapGraphics.Com images in any electronic template or application, including those which are web-based, where the purpose is to create multiple impressions of an electronic or printed product, including but not limited to, website designs, presentation templates, electronic greeting cards, business cards or any other electronic or printed matter.
- ScrapGraphics.Com images may be incorporated into a logo, trademark or service mark.
- Attribution: No attribution or credit needs to be given to ScrapGraphics.Com when user has purchased a ScrapGraphics.Com COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE.
- You may not use these products to give away as freebies.
- You or your employer may not redistribute, by sale or otherwise, ScrapGraphics.Com files and images in their original digital form. You may not redistribute unaltered ScrapGraphics.com images. Personal Use and Commercial Use License holders must alter the images before they can distribute them in any way shape or form.
- You may not post original ScrapGraphics.Com files online in a downloadable format.
- ScrapGraphics.Com images may not be used in any defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful manner whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE holder may not sublicense or, sell any of their rights under this Agreement. However, COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE holder may sell or license derivative works incorporating ScrapGraphics.Com images in accordance with the permitted uses. COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE holder may not sell, license or distribute their work in such a way that License holder’s customer can extract or access the original ScrapGraphics.Com image as a stand-alone file.
All rights to and copyrights of ScrapGraphics.Com images are owned by ScrapGraphics.Com, LLC. ScrapGraphics.Com, LLC retains all rights not expressly granted by the COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE agreement.
