I made this kit for those of us that want a birthday party digital scrapbook kit but don't want to commit to bold, primary colors. I mean, what if we want bright...but not too crazy? Sort of calming but sort of silly. So a kit was born for those of us who have commitment issues with clown world but still fell cozy with goofiness. Enjoy!!
